Return / complaint submission
In order to submit a return / complaint please follow below steps:
1. Return/complaint form
Fill in the return/complaint form and enclose it to the shipment. It should include the following: first and last name, e-mail address or contact address, phone number, product number and the reason for return, date of purchase and indication of any flaws. We do not require a special form – please write a statement including all the above details and sign it.
2. Sending the product back
While submitting a return/complaint form please send the product back along with all accessories and copy of the receipt / invoice.
Prior to sending your product back please contact us by phone or e-mail. Please do not send the product back to our legal address.
Pursuant to the effective law you have 14 days to return any product at your discretion. In order to contract out and return the product please write a waiver form and contact us by phone or e-mail.
Please make sure your shipment includes the waiver form, returned product along with all original accessories and the receipt / invoice.
